UPSC Notification 2025: ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಲೋಕಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗವು 979 Civil Services (IAS, IPS, IRS,…..) ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಿದೆ.!!

ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಲೋಕಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗ (UPSC) ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸೇವಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ (CSE) 2025 ರ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಭಾರತದ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿತ UPSC online ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದೆಂದು ಕರೆಯಲ್ಪಡುವ UPSC CSE ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳು IAS, IPS ಮತ್ತು IFS ನಂತಹ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಎಲ್ಲ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಓದಲು ವಿನಂತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ನಿಮಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶಿ UPSC online ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿದೆ.

UPSC Online Application Process :

 1. ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಅರ್ಹತೆ :

ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಯಾವುದೇ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ಪಡೆದ ಮಂಡಳಿಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯಗಳಿಂದ ಪದವಿ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿರಬೇಕು.

2. ವಯಸ್ಸಿನ ಮಿತಿ :

ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 1, 2025 ಕ್ಕೆ 21 ರಿಂದ 32 ವರ್ಷ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನವರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.

ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಮಾನದಂಡಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ SC/ST/OBC ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ವರ್ಗಗಳಿಗೆ ವಯೋಮಿತಿ ಸಡಿಲಿಕೆ ಲಭ್ಯವಿದೆ.

3. ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ :

ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವರ್ಗ: 6 ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳು.
ಒಬಿಸಿ: 9 ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳು.
SC/ST: ಅನಿಯಮಿತ (ಗರಿಷ್ಠ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನ ಮಿತಿಯವರೆಗೆ).

4. ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಮಾದರಿ :

UPSC CSE ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಮೂರು ಹಂತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ :

1. ಪೂರ್ವಭಾವಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ :
   ವಸ್ತುನಿಷ್ಠ ಮಾದರಿಯ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳು ಋಣಾತ್ಮಕ ಅಂಕಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ.
   ಎರಡು ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಗಳು: ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಅಧ್ಯಯನ (GS) ಮತ್ತು ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸೇವೆಗಳ ಯೋಗ್ಯತಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ (CSAT)
2. ಮುಖ್ಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ :
   ವಿವರಣಾತ್ಮಕ ಸ್ವರೂಪ.
   ನಾಲ್ಕು ಜಿ.ಎಸ್ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಗಳು, ಎರಡು ಐಚ್ಛಿಕ ವಿಷಯ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಗಳು, ಒಂದು ಪ್ರಬಂಧ ಮತ್ತು ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಭಾಷಾ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಗಳು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಒಂಬತ್ತು ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಗಳು.
3. ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ (ಸಂದರ್ಶನ) :
   ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವ ಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳು, ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಆಡಳಿತಾತ್ಮಕ ಪಾತ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ತತೆಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಣಯಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಪೂರ್ಣ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಓದಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

Candidates must meet the following eligibility conditions to apply:

1. Educational Qualification :

The candidate should have completed a degree from any recognized board or university.

2. Age limit :

Candidates must be between 21 and 32 years of age as on August 1, 2025.

Age relaxation is available for SC/ST/OBC and other reserved categories as per government norms.

3. Number of attempts :

General Category: 6 attempts.
OBC: 9 attempts.
SC/ST: Unlimited (up to the maximum age limit).

4. Exam Pattern:

UPSC CSE exam is conducted in three stages:

1. Preliminary exam:
   Objective type questions with negative marking.
   Two papers: General Studies (GS) and Civil Services Aptitude Test (CSAT)
2. Main exam:
   Descriptive format.
   Nine papers including four GS papers, two optional subject papers, one essay and qualifying language papers.
3. Personality Test (Interview):
   Assesses candidates’ personality traits, decision-making skills, and suitability for administrative roles.
